Estée Lauder Companies Launches Fifth Edition of BEAUTY&YOU India Entrepreneurship Program
The Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) announced the launch of the fifth edition of BEAUTY&YOU India, a beauty entrepreneurship program in partnership with Nykaa and Startup India (DPIIT). The program aims to discover and support Indian beauty entrepreneurs through funding, mentorship, and industry access. The 2026 edition introduces a new Design category for creative talent and expands the Breakthrough category through a partnership with ELC's Fragrance Atelier in Paris. Applications are open until August 25, 2026. The announcement comes amid ELC's broader investment in India, including the recent agreement to acquire Forest Essentials, India's first luxury Ayurveda beauty brand. The program also continues the Visionary Women's Award to support women founders. ELC President Nadine Graf and Nykaa CEO Anchit Nayar commented on India's growing importance as a beauty market and innovation hub.
