eClerx Services Ltd announced its financial results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, demonstrating robust growth despite macroeconomic challenges. Total revenue for FY26 reached INR 4,217.4 crore, a 22.6% increase from the previous year, while operating revenue in US dollars stood at USD 468.9 million, reflecting a 17.9% rise. Net profit surged by 30.5% to INR 706.2 crore, and EBITDA grew by 28.8% to INR 1,152.6 crore. For the fourth quarter alone, revenue climbed 23.9% year-over-year to INR 1,135.4 crore. The company also reported a 33.5% increase in basic earnings per share and expanded its delivery headcount by 16.9% to 22,518 employees. Managing Director Kapil Jain attributed the performance to steady client momentum and disciplined execution. Additionally, eClerx was recognized as a Representative Vendor in the Gartner Market Guide for Digital Shelf Analytics. The firm continues to focus on AI-powered analytics and digital operations, serving Fortune 500 clients globally across various sectors including financial services and retail.
