Donkervoort P24 RS Supercar Coming to UK in Right-Hand Drive
Dutch sports car manufacturer Donkervoort has confirmed its new P24 RS supercar will be sold in the UK and other right-hand-drive markets including Ireland, Australia, and Japan. This marks the first time the company has produced a car with right-hand drive. The P24 RS, revealed earlier this year, is the most extreme vehicle in Donkervoort's history, weighing just 780kg dry thanks to carbon fiber construction. It is powered by a Ford-sourced 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6 engine, with bespoke turbochargers from Van der Lee allowing drivers to select between 400, 500, or 600 horsepower. The car features a five-speed manual gearbox with rev-matching and a Torsen limited-slip differential. Only 150 examples are planned, with 30 allocated for right-hand-drive production. The expected launch date of 2028 coincides with Donkervoort's 50th anniversary. West Sussex-based Premier GT has been appointed as the official UK distributor, and several orders have already been received from British customers.
