Costa Rica Prosecutors Question Fabricio Alvarado in Alleged Sexual Abuse Case

Fabricio Alvarado, a former Costa Rican legislator and three-time presidential candidate, appeared at the Prosecutor General’s Office in San José for preliminary questioning regarding three criminal complaints alleging sexual abuse.
