CLA Global expands in Spain with Munt Audit & Forensic and JDA
CLA Global, an international association of independent accounting and advisory practices, has expanded its network in Spain by adding two local firms: Munt Audit & Forensic and JDA. Munt Audit & Forensic, established in 2010, specializes in audit, forensic work, business valuation, and financial advisory, with offices in Barcelona and Madrid. JDA, founded in 1982, provides advice to companies, entrepreneurs, and family-owned groups, employing over 150 professionals across four offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Granollers, and Sabadel. Both firms will gradually rebrand under CLA Global as CLA Spain. Together, they have more than 175 staff and 11 partner-level leaders across five offices, serving clients in agriculture, consumer products, education, energy, financial services, fintech, government, hospitality, manufacturing, media, non-profits, real estate, retail, technology, and telecommunications. CLA Global CEO Paul English highlighted Spain as a key market and praised the firms' commitment to quality and client focus. This follows CLA Global's recent addition of two Bulgarian companies to its network.
