CLA Global adds two Bulgarian companies to network
CLA Global, an international association of independent accounting and advisory firms, has expanded its network by adding two Bulgarian companies, Simbula and Existra. Both firms will gradually rebrand as CLA Bulgaria, operating from two offices in Sofia with over 40 professionals and six partners. The new entity will offer audit, advisory, tax, legal, and outsourcing services across multiple sectors including agriculture, energy, fintech, government, and technology. CLA Global CEO Paul English welcomed the firms, citing their 15-year presence in Bulgaria and shared commitment to quality and client relationships. Managing partner Milena Rangelova noted that joining CLA Global aligns with the firm's development goals and provides international reach while maintaining independence and collaborative values.
