Carahsoft wins $12M Air Force contract for ICBM supply chain risk software
Carahsoft, a Reston, Virginia-based government technology reseller, has been awarded a $12 million firm-fixed-price contract by the U.S. Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center to provide software services for assessing risks and gaps in the Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) industrial base and supply chain. The contract, overseen at Hill Air Force Base, Utah, is expected to be completed by July 2029. The software aims to help Air Force officials track suppliers critical to maintaining the aging Minuteman III missile fleet, which has been operational for over 50 years. Only $731,250 in Fiscal Year 2026 funds is initially obligated, with additional funding to follow via task orders. The contract was competitively bid with four offers. This award follows a separate $31 million contract to AIR (formerly Govini) for a similar ICBM supply chain risk platform, suggesting parallel efforts within the ICBM enterprise.
