Bryan Song, Son of Rigobert Song, Signs First Professional Contract with FC Metz

FC Metz has signed 19-year-old Cameroonian right-back Bryan Song to his first professional contract, a three-year deal announced on Tuesday. Bryan, the son of former Metz defender Rigobert Song who played for the club from 1994 to 1998, is the tenth youth academy product to turn professional with Metz in recent months. He joined Metz in the 2023 offseason after training in the Paris region and spending two years at Paris FC. An injury slowed him last season, but he has returned to training with ambition. Bryan is a Cameroon U23 international and follows in his father's footsteps at the Moselle club.
