Brutal Robbery Attack on Football Star Mohammed Fuseini in Brussels
Mohammed Fuseini, a 24-year-old Ghanaian professional footballer for Belgian first division club Union Saint-Gilloise, was violently attacked and robbed in Brussels. The incident occurred on a Sunday morning around 6:30 a.m. after Fuseini left the nightclub 'Bloody Louis'. As he got into his car, five perpetrators dragged him out, held him down, and stole his phone, wallet, and a Rolex Datejust watch. A video captured the assault, showing one attacker in a headlock while another searched his pockets. Fuseini tried to defend himself but was overpowered. The Belgian police are investigating, and a suspect has been identified and arrested. Fuseini was taken to a hospital but physically escaped largely unscathed and returned to training the next day. The club confirmed his safety.
