Argentine Drug Lords 'Los Borras' Arrested After Violent Escape with Cocaine Plane

Santiago Emmanuel and Juan Cruz Borras, known as 'Los Borras,' were arrested by the Argentine National Gendarmerie in Funes, Santa Fe, ending a manhunt that began with a violent incident in Villa Eloísa. The brothers are accused of owning a drug plane that landed on Tuesday carrying 321 kilograms of Bolivian cocaine. While the pilots were captured shortly after landing, the Borras brothers evaded initial capture by fleeing the scene. The operation reveals their role as independent logistics providers for international drug gangs transporting cocaine from Bolivia to Europe via Argentine ports.
