Aftermath Silver Begins Drilling at Berenguela Copper Target and Chile's Challacollo Project
Aftermath Silver Ltd announced the start of drilling at two key projects. At the Berenguela project in Peru, the company will drill up to 1,000 metres targeting high-grade copper mineralization beyond the current resource estimate, following positive results from 2024/2025. CEO Ralph Rushton noted copper prices near all-time highs. Separately, at the Challacollo silver-gold project in northern Chile, an initial five-hole, 800-metre diamond drilling program has begun to expand the existing resource and test new targets, including Lolón North, Lucy North, and Palermo North. The Challacollo project hosts indicated resources of 35.15 million ounces of silver and 58,000 ounces of gold, per a 2020 NI 43-101 report.
