LA's BADMAASH and Prime Pizza Launch Limited-Edition Butter Chicken Pizza
Two prominent Los Angeles food brands, Indian hospitality group BADMAASH and cult-favorite Prime Pizza, have collaborated to release a limited-edition butter chicken pizza. This culinary crossover features BADMAASH’s signature butter chicken, infused with cardamom and fenugreek, combined with mozzarella, bell peppers, pickled onions, and fresh parsley on Prime Pizza’s New York-style slices. The item launched recently and is available through Monday, May 25, at all Prime Pizza locations and via Uber Eats, subject to supply availability. Early customer reactions have been highly positive, with locals describing the dish as unique and indulgent. Alongside the product launch, BADMAASH is expanding its physical presence with a new flagship location in Venice, California. This new outpost, located on Abbot Kinney Boulevard, represents the brand's most sophisticated concept to date, featuring an expanded menu with dishes like Lamb Neck Korma and Hamachi Crudo, as well as its first fully curated beverage program. The collaboration highlights the ongoing innovation within the LA dining scene, blending traditional Indian flavors with popular American fast-casual formats.
