Xiaomi is reportedly set to manufacture its second-generation in-house flagship mobile processor, the Xring O2, using TSMC’s 3-nanometer N3P process. According to industry analysts, the Chinese tech giant has decided to bypass the foundry’s newer 2-nanometer technology primarily due to cost considerations and current production capacity constraints.
