Crisp, a seasoned technology leader with 35 years of experience, succeeds outgoing CEO Tony Gaffney, who transitions to the role of Special Advisor to the Chair. Previously serving as Head of Data and Analytics at Thomson Reuters, Crisp brings extensive expertise in enterprise data strategy, advanced analytics, and AI implementation from her tenure at major financial institutions including National Australia Bank and TD Bank Group. Ed Clark, Chair of the Board of Directors, highlighted Crisp's ability to drive technology transformation and translate AI capabilities into real-world economic impact. Crisp expressed enthusiasm for collaborating with Canada’s AI ecosystem to accelerate both groundbreaking research and practical industry adoption.
