At SID Display Week in Los Angeles, Chinese display manufacturer TCL CSOT demonstrated a new 14-inch laptop panel capable of an ultra-low 0.01Hz refresh rate, significantly surpassing existing 1Hz technologies. The screen utilizes Oxide TFT backplane technology and features twelve distinct zones that can independently adjust their refresh rates from 0.01Hz to 120Hz.
