The 52-storey vertical gated community, located in Brgy. Kasambagan, is currently in its pre-selling phase and is scheduled for completion in December 2031. The project comprises 1,069 units divided into two categories: typical units ranging from 35 to 104 square meters, and signature units ranging from 110 to 212 square meters. While all residents will access the 4,015-square-meter clubhouse featuring amenities like pools, a gym, and a cinema on the seventh and eighth floors, only signature unit owners will have exclusive access to the 1,105-square-meter Sky Lounge.
