Seeman Pledges Public Education and Healthcare Upgrades, Criticizes Delimitation Process

Naam Tamilar Katchi (NTK) leader Seeman campaigned in the Pudukottai district, outlining key policy promises while criticizing the central government's approach to electoral reforms. Speaking to reporters, Seeman condemned the hurried manner in which the Centre is pursuing Lok Sabha constituency delimitation and special revisions of electoral rolls, arguing that such measures create unnecessary panic among citizens and require extensive discussion. He also attacked the prevailing political culture of distributing freebies, labeling it as deceptive and calling for its abolition. On the policy front, Seeman pledged that if his party comes to power, it would upgrade government hospitals to match the standards of private institutions within five years. Similarly, he promised to revitalize public schools and colleges to compete with private educational entities. Additionally, he announced an environmental initiative to remove invasive Prosopis juliflora and eucalyptus trees, replacing them with fruit-bearing varieties. These statements were made while campaigning in support of NTK candidates Ezhilarasi in Pudukottai and R. Rajaraman in Alangudi, highlighting the party's focus on social infrastructure and administrative transparency.
