Lam currently serves as the financial director at Agfa-Gevaert, an imaging technology group based in Antwerp, where she has worked since October 2024. She brings over twenty years of international experience in finance, auditing, and risk management to the role. In her new position, Lam will be responsible for driving the financial ambitions of Proximus's Domestic and Global segments and helping the company achieve its strategic objectives sustainably. She succeeds Mark Reid, who departed the telecommunications giant in late January. Until Lam officially assumes her duties, Nicolas Gaertner will continue to serve as the interim financial director.
