A police constable, identified as Farhan Bashir, was martyred when unknown armed assailants opened fire on a polio vaccination team in Dera Murad Jamali, located in the Nasirabad district of Balochistan, Pakistan. Gunmen on motorcycles fired ten 9mm bullets at the constable, killing him instantly, before fleeing the scene. Other team members remained unharmed.
