Over 12,400 Polling Officials Train in Cuddalore District

In preparation for upcoming elections, the second phase of training for polling officials was successfully conducted in the Cuddalore district of Tamil Nadu, India. The event, held on Wednesday, April 16, 2026, involved 12,436 officials who are tasked with managing polling stations. District Election Officer and Collector Sibi Adhithya Senthil Kumar oversaw the program, which took place across three key locations: Vriddhachalam, Neyveli, and Panruti. Zonal team officials led the sessions, providing detailed instructions to Presiding Officers and Polling Officers regarding the complexities of election duties.
