NutriVision-2026 Conference on Nutrition and Food Technology Begins in Mysuru

The two-day international conference titled 'NutriVision-2026 – Integrating Nutrition and Food Technology for Sustainable Well-being' officially commenced in Mysuru, India. The event is being hosted at the JSS College of Pharmacy and aims to explore the intersection of nutritional science and food technology to promote sustainable health outcomes. The inauguration ceremony was led by Giridhar Parvatham, the Director of CSIR-CFTRI. This significant academic and professional gathering is jointly organized by the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the School of Life Sciences, Mysuru, and the ICAR JSS Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Suttur. The conference is held in association with the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research - Central Food Technological Research Institute (CSIR-CFTRI) and has received support from the Anusandhan National Research Foundation. Dignitaries and experts from various fields are participating in the event, which focuses on leveraging technological advancements in food production to enhance public nutrition and well-being.
