Alex Jenkinson, a 39-year-old man from Suffolk, has pleaded not guilty to charges of using threatening, abusive, or insulting behavior with intent to cause fear or provoke unlawful violence against Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, formerly the Duke of York. The incident allegedly occurred near Mountbatten-Windsor’s home in Wolferton, Norfolk, while he was walking his dogs. Jenkinson appeared at Westminster Magistrates Court via videolink, where he also pleaded guilty to failing to provide a blood specimen while in custody. He faces an additional charge regarding similar threatening behavior toward another individual, Stephen Terry, in King’s Lynn.
