KSRTC Launches Upgraded 'Pallakki' Non-AC Sleeper Bus Service Between Mangaluru and Mantralaya

The Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) is set to introduce an upgraded non-AC sleeper bus service, branded as 'Pallakki', on the route connecting Mangaluru and Mantralaya. Starting April 17, 2026, this new service will replace the existing normal non-AC sleeper buses operating on this corridor, aiming to provide enhanced comfort and facilities for passengers traveling between these two key locations. The official inauguration of the service is scheduled to take place at the Bejai bus stand in Mangaluru at 4 p.m. D. Vedavyasa Kamath, the Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Mangaluru City South, will preside over the launch ceremony. This initiative by the KSRTC Mangaluru Division reflects ongoing efforts to modernize public transportation infrastructure and improve travel experiences for commuters in the region.
