HITBOT, a Xiaomi ecosystem member founded in 2015, has introduced a new “operating system + hardware matrix” framework to advance human–machine collaboration. The company debuted three key innovations: HITBOT OS, a universal embodied intelligence operating system; the eHand-6, an affordable dexterous robotic hand; and a humanoid robot prototype. HITBOT OS features a dual-layer “brain + cerebellum” architecture that enables robots to understand natural language instructions and execute complex tasks autonomously, significantly reducing development time through a low-code interface. The eHand-6, priced at $420, offers precise grasping capabilities for retail and light industrial applications. Additionally, the unnamed humanoid prototype, displayed at the China International Industry Fair, integrates with the OS for closed-loop intelligence. This strategy aims to lower automation barriers, transitioning robotics from standalone tools to a modular, scalable ecosystem.
