AP Health Minister Satya Kumar Dismisses YSRCP Claims on Jagan's Role in TVK Victory

Andhra Pradesh Health Minister Satya Kumar Yadav has strongly rejected claims circulated by YSRCP supporters alleging that Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy played a decisive role in the Tamil Nadu election victory of actor Vijay’s party, TVK. Speaking to media in Tirupati, Satya Kumar ridiculed these assertions as laughable and stemming from frustration following the YSRCP's poor performance in Andhra Pradesh, where the party was limited to just 11 seats. He questioned the credibility of such claims, noting that Jagan lacks recognition beyond Andhra Pradesh borders and pointing out the contradiction in YSRCP narratives. Specifically, he highlighted that while YSRCP leader R.K. Roja campaigned for the DMK in Tamil Nadu, which lost, the party simultaneously attributed TVK's success to Jagan. The minister emphasized that neither Vijay nor his party credited Jagan, making the social media rumors baseless. This exchange underscores the ongoing political tensions and rhetorical battles between regional parties in South India following recent state assembly elections.
