A 65-year-old German tourist tragically died after falling from a height while hiking on the Spanish island of Mallorca. According to a spokesman for the Spanish police, the victim was part of an eleven-person hiking group but fell behind because he could not keep up with the pace. When the group realized he was missing, they returned to search for him and eventually discovered him at the bottom of a slope estimated to be between 30 and 40 meters deep. Emergency services were contacted immediately, but paramedics confirmed that the man had died at the scene.
