Flueid Secures $20M Series B to Scale Home Equity Services
Flueid, a technology provider specializing in decision-making data for real estate transactions, has announced the completion of a $20 million Series B funding round. The investment was led by existing investor Aquiline Technology Growth (ATG) and included participation from Commerce Ventures, alongside a $5 million relationship extension with Silicon Valley Bank. This capital injection aims to accelerate the scaling of Flueid’s products, with a strategic focus on expanding home equity services and loss mitigation strategies. Since its Series A in early 2021, the company reports a 400% revenue increase and an 800% rise in monthly transaction volume. Flueid has also broadened its capabilities beyond refinancing to include purchase and home equity transactions, bolstered by the July 2021 acquisition of Vodii to enhance back-end infrastructure. Currently supporting over one million transactions, Flueid serves Fortune 500 clients including lenders, brokerages, and title agents. The company recently gained industry recognition, ranking #676 on the Inc. 5000 list and earning spots on HousingWire’s HW Tech100. CEO Peter Bowman emphasized that this funding validates their go-to-market strategy to power end-to-end real estate transactions through advanced data insights.
