Educational Institutions in Tirunelveli Region Celebrate Graduation, Awards, and Arts

Several educational institutions in the Tirunelveli region of Tamil Nadu held significant events to celebrate student achievements. PSN College of Engineering and Technology marked its 21st Graduation Day, conferring degrees upon 707 undergraduate and postgraduate students. The ceremony featured Balaji Venkatraman, president of TVS Sensing Solutions, as the chief guest, who advised graduates to prioritize skills in emerging technologies such as AI, robotics, and cyber security. Meanwhile, Rojavanam International School in Nagercoil observed Winners’ Day, distributing 1,428 awards to students excelling in diverse competitions ranging from elocution and dance to robotics and mathematics. Professor M. Ameera served as the chief guest for this occasion. Additionally, Vel’s Vidhyalaya in Kovilpatti organized a classical drama event at Satyabhama Theatre, where fifth-grade students performed English plays including Julius Caesar and Oliver Twist, demonstrating their linguistic fluency and artistic talents. These events collectively highlight the academic and extracurricular accomplishments of students across various disciplines in the region.
