To qualify for the list, applicants must be born on or after January 1, 1995, and hold a founder or executive role with equity in a company operational for at least one year. Secondary criteria include holding patents, winning prestigious innovation awards, achieving annual revenues over RMB 1 million, or securing angel investment with valuations exceeding RMB 10 million.
